Service and permitted access

Unique Divine PC & AI is a privately operated tool for publishing announcements, reading messages and threads, and configuring automation and tooling in authorized Discord servers. It exposes Discord operations through a local MCP connection that Unique Divine uses much like a command-line tool.

Unique Divine is the sole authorized operator of its MCP tools. Membership in a Discord server where the bot is installed does not by itself authorize use of the integration. These terms do not create an agreement with a server member merely because the integration reads their message.

Guild scope and installation

The integration operates in these Discord guilds:

The bot is publicly installable in Discord servers. Installation does not grant access to the local MCP connection, which Unique Divine operates personally. The documented operational scope is Nibiru and Sai | Onchain Markets. Installation in another server does not authorize its members to invoke the MCP tools or establish an agreement to provide service there.

Within these guilds, the operator uses the tool for public-channel communication and authorized administrative tasks. Discord channel permissions and the scope of the operator’s request determine the permitted access and actions. Extending operator-directed workflows to another guild requires authorization for that work and an update to the documented operational scope.

Relationship with Discord

The application is independently operated and is not a Discord product or endorsement. Its use is subject to Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms of Service, and Developer Policy.

These terms do not override Discord’s requirements, grant access beyond bot permissions, or authorize use of another person’s account or credentials.

Authorized use

Operators must have authority to request the relevant access or action and must respect server rules, channel permissions, and other people’s rights. The integration must not be used for harassment, spam, unauthorized disclosure, bulk data mining, or circumvention of Discord’s access restrictions.

Posting or administrative actions require an explicit instruction from the operator, either for a single action or through an automation the operator configures with a defined scope. Permission to read or draft a message does not authorize posting it. Automation must remain within its authorized scope and Discord’s permissions and usage limits.

Privacy and message content

Information processing is described in the application’s Privacy Policy.

The bot does not maintain a dedicated user-data database or message archive. The operator reads public-channel messages and does not save private communications in notes or intentionally collect user location data. Requested message content may pass to OpenAI through AI agent tools for analysis and drafting. Assistant conversations and processing providers may have separate retention, as described in that policy.

Message authors retain their rights in their content. These terms do not grant the operator ownership of Discord messages or permission to reuse them beyond the authorized purpose. Operators must consider confidentiality and permissions before sharing excerpts or publishing derived messages.

Generated outputs and service availability

Assistant-generated summaries and drafts may contain mistakes. Operators must check material facts, links, identities, and proposed actions before relying on or publishing an output.

Access depends on Discord permissions, intent approval, API availability, and processing providers. The operator may suspend or stop the integration, and does not promise uninterrupted availability or approval by Discord.

Suspension or discontinuation does not remove obligations to handle retained information and valid privacy requests under the privacy policy and applicable requirements.

Support, reports, and termination of access

Contact realuniquedivine@gmail.com for questions, privacy concerns, or reports of misuse. The operator may revoke access or disable features when needed to address misuse, security issues, or platform requirements.

Unique Divine handles reports at this email address. Server administrators can use it to request that the integration stop accessing their server and can also remove the bot or revoke its channel permissions in Discord.

Changes to these terms

The operator will publish revised terms and update the effective date when the service or its access conditions change.
